Best ski tutorials on YT!
Totally agree! Would recommend this channel as well: czcams.com/channels/_sagbW-nWWVJkBrU5iwaww.htmlvideos IMHO it`s heavily underrated.
Alexander K. Thanks for the recommendation!

wish I'd seen this before trying it. Great instruction you break it down perfectly.
I watched this before I went skiing and went and landed my first 360. Thanks for the tips!
Sick!😅
Definitely "fear" for me. My pop timing has always been great, so I am afraid of too much air or landing on my back. I'm pushing 60, but would like to be able to do a 360 again. I will try a steady progression...
I do not much freestyle, but you are just that sympathic, so i watch most of your videos just for pleasure.
Haha thank you so much 😍
The 80% - 100% pop improvement is an eye opener, cheers!
Guys, don't skip the step where you learn to pop NOT off a jump, and then over some poles, before trying to pop off kickers. Helped me so much to take a step back and do that before going back to popping off actual jumps/features.
Best box slide tips I've seen so far. I wish i had of seen this before I had my bruises. Such simple suggestions would have made a big difference!
been to camp of champions and while I learned all my flips n some spins and rails, this video has such great tips they didn’t teach. I’m excited to see if this is the final step to cleaning up my tricks!
This is one of your best videos. Keep up the good work!
Your accent is so soothing, it’s narrating my beginner ski journey, thank you
500 likes without a single dislike. I've never seen that before
You should make a video about how to go backwards. Great video!
Watching this was the best part of my day. Keep up the great work
Super clear explanations to troubleshoot my bad technique! Great video!
This was the most helpful video for me! I finally was able to grind my first rail! Thank you!
I actually found this video very helpful. Now I’m super excited to go skiing next weekend
Just started skiing this year after 9 seasons on a snow board, and I absolutely love this channel. I have learned so much! Thank you!
Great video! Very useful to me because I’m just starting to freestyle. I was wondering if you could maybe make a how to backwards ski tutorial for beginners? Thanks so much and keep it up!
If you search "how to ski switch" you will find some tutorials. I think stomp it has not made one but other channels have. And skiing switch means skiing backwards if you didn't already know.
@NoName Rider yeah it is on the 10 tricks to learn first. My bad
Otto Summanen thank you
@@ryoliz4570 youre welcome!
I've been hovering around the skiing section of youtube and have found most of your videos extremely helpful to me. I'm a mid advanced skier and I'm just really impressed with this channel. Subscribed with the bell, keep up the amazing work, my guy.
The Cascade Mountains in Oregon have just started getting snow. A couple of the big resorts are open already but I'm waiting for the local Hoodoo and Willamette Pass to open. With the help of these videos I'm hoping to improve my mental game before I reach the lift. Thanks for your great teaching technique!
Thx alot this is exactly the stage where I was stuck for a year. I havent tryed the tipps yet but. I think they will help me A LOT.
this is very helpful and you can explain more common mistakes with grabs such as too early grabbing and crouching the body
ok this was probably one of the most helpful video I have come across to fix my technique! thank you so much!
my favourite channel to watch on the night before going to the mountains hah
This is one of the best skiing tutorial I've seen. I've been skiing for a lot of time and these are absolutely the most frequent mistakes I do! And they're terrible as they compromise all the basics! Thanks a lot
Every time I see a video from yours It‘s always a pleasure to see them. Keep up that (very) good work
dude your videos are awesome. Been skiing for 25 years and love learning from these vids. Thank you and your homies
I really enjoy watching your videos, I get even more hyped for my ski holiday :D Keep up the amazing videos man!!
Thanks a lot!! The 360 tip was super helpful! I have been jumping and either chickening out or turning, but folding the turn or leaning to much which makes me fall. I'm going to try to fix this next time I go to the slopes. Thanks again, Mike!!
Amazing tutorial!
Thank you so much for your precious videos and explanations, very nice videos!
Thank you so much. I felt like i was in the backseat on boxes, now i can work on it. Thanks
This video helped me a lot. I was trying sliding rails downhill and i didin´t know it, maybe I slide but not whole rail. 80% off my crashes were that i crashed on my back and this really helped me a lot thank
Excellent box tutorial! Well done 👍🏻
I love your videos, keep up the great work!!
Awesome box tutorial it really helped me
Could you do a tutorial on skiing switch like the right body position and how much you should move you shoulders

awesome! Thanks :)
4:00 thank you i love this trick
Danm I wish I had seen this video along time ago
I snowboard but I still really enjoyed the video!
Nice video
Hi Jens, awesome as always, thank you.
Quick q, you obviously love skiing park but I'm guessing part of that is to develop skills for all mountain and I've seen your carving tips etc too. Can I ask your height/weight and what size skis you prefer to cover all this? Think i saw you on Bentchetler 100s in another video.
Depending on the situation. But mr. what your saying about the pop is something which actually is needed to do right before landing on big jumps and air moments, just before landing on the angle off the hill at your hips etc., to make the landing softer.
I just did my first iron cross can you do 900 triple cork next
can you do a video on series of ski drill as total ski noob can do to progress.
Have you got a tutorial for skiing switch?
Someone please tell me where his jacket is from? Fits great from the look of it.
Can u create a review about the new line chronics? Can they also be Good at rails and are they also forgiving at jumps? (stiffer ski=Not so forgiving?)
I learn so much of your Videos
Thats great. Whats the last trick you learned from the videos?
*much
@@StompItTutorials don't blocking my spinning😂😂
Would it maybe be possible for you to make like a small camp for som hours just for teenagers. Im going to laax in week 7 for a whole week
What skis do you recommend for features and such
Is it good to use ski boots when you practice three sixty’s/pop on flat ground bc of wait of the boots
You should do this again but for free skiers like south drops off natural stuff in the mountain in powder
Skiing powder where sure you bindings be set I am on east coast of USA so we don’t get much snow but we just did so I only have one pair of park skis and I really had to lean back to ski the powder do my bindings need to be off center or is it okay to use park skis for powder
More freestyle tutorials!
I have beginner skiis, they are K2, would these be okay to start learning freestyle in?
Will your camp be available 5 uears from now?
I had a time that I tried to slide on a box and I slipped and ripped my pants. Very funny. Now I know why. Thanks for the tips, I’m going to try them next time ;)
I would say my biggest fear when sliding a box is leaning to much downhill and then the edge of my skis would get stuck and I would fall straight forward and this scares me the sh*t out do you have any good advide to get confortable with that?
Can you do a video on pedaling?
Anyone else spot a lift going really fast in the background at 7:10
Sketchy Sam it was a tow rope
you're really bored
thats a t-bar
Question about your example of jumping ski poles. Isnt a typical ramp pop different than an ollie? It even appears you are ollying in your video of the poles
A question. Is there a good groomer/hard piste ski with twin tip and also not that wide. I love to ski on narrow skies, because they are much more reactive. The freestyle skies i found are mostly over 84 mm wide. What is the reason for that?
I have no problem rotating with my ski boots but I just feel like my skis add so much weight... Any advice?
Can you please do a video on how to start learning skiing backwards?
Just turn around
I have a question, I have older boots that don't have a top strap, and my foot (heel) can move around a little inside them. How much more ski control/comfort will I get, if I get new boots that fit perfect?
Much more controll 😀
🙌
For freestyle i bought line blends. But the bindings are adjusted on the recommended skiboot line a little backwards from the middle. Is that a problem?
Where do you get that smartwool sticker on your helmet
So nice ski tricks
i want to make the 360 but my body do not want i it
What can i do?
FlotschiLP keep looking for the landing. Keep your head turned where you want to go and that should help you out
try doing small jumps, its way easier to commit than a big jump
I have a question, do you hike up each time you shoot a video for a jump?
Hi! I am 160cm tall and rocking 157cm Armada 2013 ElRey's. Do you think this is too long for park (might be too heavy aswell)? Whenever I try to spin a 360 I either end up doing a 270 instead or then I have to spin so forcefully that landing becomes impossible.
Also, they might be too stiff since I'm not able to butter on them. (These are my first pair of freestyle skis, I've never tried shorter or more flexible/ligher ones)
Bonus question aswell: Do you have tips for hitting rails? I'm scared I'll catch a lip or fall some other way and fall on the metal railing
Hi, are your skis are " atomic Bentchetler 100 " ??
i have the problem falling on my back on 360 quiet often what can i do.
Oh yeah yeah
Any tips for turning from switch back to forwards? I don’t get to ski much but the last time out I kept struggling with that. Managed it a few times but came to a complete awkward stop while turning.
its all about where you put your weight. If you try on the flat without speed you can try to put your weight a little backwards in the tail of your skis and turn your hips to switch forwards. When you're comfortable try it with slow speed, as you progress add speed
Where is this location, it's very beautiful?
