If you call a dremel heavy-duty equipment. Biboo is smol and has smol nails. Safety glasses are a must though.
@TsorovanZero that could work too, I was thinking of the small electric jacks that could also be attached with a small chisel. Or the salon could just bring out an old fashion hammer and chisel to do the job.

Nail salons get to have the foot broth
Honestly she can't beat her ojou-sama allegations when she is a regular for nail salons. I don't even know people around me who goes there, not even the elderly ones I know
its weird to think some random salon services the entire hololive and not the even the salon people know
I went to the US in May and oh my god it's so expensive to get nails done there - and I say that as I had opinions from friends across multiple states. I can get my nails done with builder gel and full nail art on every nail for about $35 in the UK and they will stay on and strong for three weeks. You do not need to tip. I got nails done with builder gel at a salon that damaged my nails, they only allowed a solid colour with no art and it was like... $45 PLUS TIP??? Absolutely insane. The service wasn't even as good at the more expensive salon, both in technique and how the techs were conversationally etc it was unreal. My friend who gets less done with her nails every month apparently can pay up to $70??? Aka-supas paying for these Holo nail trips.

Literally no idea. Her English sounds native enough to me, though with the caveat I'm not a native speaker myself so I might be missing nuances.
I think half-Japanese though, American-Japanese more precise.
