I do not understand why EVERY SINGLE reviewer is on Brooklinen’s and Parachute’s jock. They are not that great. Cannot find a review anywhere that looks at high quality, pure goose down pillows. Oh what do ya know, boll and branch made the list, lol
Hi, is the company store pillows a blend between duck and down? Or all down? From all the pillow I tried so far, I feel like all down does not support your head and tends to sink too much. And I feel like most hotel down pillows have a more structured support while still feeling fluff and plush. So was wondering if that company store pillow also have a mix or is it all down. And of the 4 based on my description which do you think best suits me. I’m a combo side and back but sometimes wake up on my stomach.
Great question! We believe this to be full down, not a blend. And yes, down tends to sink and compress a bit more than something like shredded memory foam or latex. The Company Store pillow has four different firmness options, so you could try something with a bit more fill, which tends to be a little more tightly packed. Disappointed with my firm down pillow from Brooklinen. From the moment it arrived it had a distinct barnyard aroma. After talking to multiple customer service reps, they assured me that this is normal and that the pillow simply needs to air out. After multiple days of ventilation and a few cycles through the dryer, the odor endured. Also, as a side note, the customer service reps did not follow through with me. Oh, and they never posted my review on their site. Kinda shady!

Too bad it didn't work out for you! Try their customer service again, as they usually have a very good trial period.
Maybe you could use a teaspoon of Dawn. I mean if they use it on actual ducks….I use it to remove odors from clothes- my son rescues animals
