DRIVER You are the wheelman [Unity Remake] - Vehicle Light Damage

I managed to make vehicle light damage work even it works in a weird way.
Adding this to all the vehicles takes hours so i added a little script to all the vehicles so vehicles that are not set up do that by themselfes.
