As a near maxxed UIM that is not a psychopath ( we are in the minority, believe me around 95 % of UIMs are true blooded psychopaths) LMS points are helpful for getting looting bags fast and also rune arrows. You can get the rune pouch through LMS or Slayer and you can also get the looting bag with slayer points nowadays. The reason there are still UIMs playing LMS is because they enjoy seeing people suffer and the feeling of them killing people during that minigame is not just like this was a game, oups I died, yes I killed you etc no. When an UIM kills somebody and wins is better for him than an orgasm. The UIM only feels good when he crushes other people beneath his boot.
