Hi, I'll try this for my 5 months old blue indian ringneck. But I wonder something. Does he repeat after me with peekaboo? So this peekaboo sound and my sound is too different. Can he understand?

Yes I guess because parrots are very smart .I'll suggest you try both because my quaker parrot learnt some words from me and some from videos and audios.
It might take several weeks. The first few words are the hardest when teaching a bird to talk and the first indication that he is trying to speak is with a soft mumbling sound. He will keep practicing on his own so when you hear him doing this, repeat the word again for him.
