Oki are rubbish. Tried these in the UK as well and results are awful. Contacted my local engineer 5 times and still no luck. Their videos are all ok as these are heavily edited or they're masters at it. Customer service of OKI in the UK is really bad as well. Definitely won't recommend OKI. Try and asck questions on their CZcams, Facebook or Instagram videos and you'll see that they never reply to tricky questions because thry know that they have issues.
Everything is so beautiful only on video. I tested this equipment in Poland. The representative of the printer company could not print anything.😂

my Oki rep tried a heap of pouch media and it was a flop, some melted, others the print would not stick, !!!!
