Actually you are 100 % correct about MRF tyres not getting punctured easily. My father use to work closely with a lot of transporters at Godrej. Majority of them used MRF Tyres because although a bit expensive than other branded and unknown brands , the burst rate of MRF tyres for these long haul truckers was extremely low and in the long run as Henry Rolls of Rolls Royce once said " The quality will remain long after the price is forgotten" This is true for MRF and BKT tyres only ( off roading international mkts only) . I bought my second hand bullet in 2012 which already had the Nylo Grips, I will be replacing them next month. MRF is a market leader by leaps and bound. Look at their share price, it speaks volumes. Ceat doesn't even come close. A soft tyre can easily get penetrated at a high revolution, damaging the softer tube. Makes sense to go for a tyre with a tougher exterior.
I am totally agree with you because I have used both company ceat and mrf same designed tyre . mrf is best tyre .. Normally MRF tires cost ₹100 more than CEAT but the quality is very good.
