i guess you didnt understand the whole point, season 1 was a plot heavy screenplay, season 2 was a mix, it was both plot and character based , season 3 was mostly character heavy, if you have ever seen got there will be a character robb stark, who got the chracter growth throughout the season and suddenly something happens, no spoiler, the makers of mirzapur are carrying the story pretty aligned to GOT. After avengers endgame, as fiege needs 5 6 more years to build a new set of characters from scratch so that they form a team in secret wars, similarly every season of mirzapur can be same.
We indians cant/dont/ignorant towards consuming slow burn content, series like Taj with such a beautiful characterization and world building never got a hype because it was a character driven screenplay.
This season is JUST TO SET PIECES, the makers deliberately made this season slow to help us get into the lives of those characters, guddu getting into drugs again, internal politics, backstabbing, betrayals, gang wars, they needed this season for a some banger in s4. Season 1 had that plot to help us get that revenge arc of guddu pandit, and similarly in the upcoming season it was supposed be a set back on that and get breathing room to sharad who got his arc started in the end of season1. Expect the unexpected, s3 was great. It had a lot going in that span, with unreal world expansion, plotpoints, the screenplay seemed slow, but when i sat down to watch i forgot the fact that im watching mirzapur, i watched it like a political realistic crime drama, and it felt great and i hope they hold on to the character arcs in the next season, as its now a two way revenge right now which would be interesting.

I watched the whole episode of 3rd season, it's really worst compare to 1st and 2nd.
Whole season run between sarad sukla and guddu pandit.
Sreen time of pankaj tripathi is not more than 1.5 hrs
