• All the Oscar Winners ... - Zábava
I love that celebs' character choices on this show are 'batshit crazy', 'themselves', or both.
"I'm Aaron Sorkin. The West Wing, A Few Good Men, The Social Network."
"Studio 60?"
"Shut up."
When they debuted, everyone thought Studio 60 was a sure fire hit and 30 Rock had little chance. Despite poor ratings, 30 Rock lived on and became a masterpiece. Go figure.
@@makinoahcelloduo9008 NBC kept it on the air because it's basically a half-hour ad for their own network. That gave them time to find their stride.
Am I the only one that actually like studio 60? Although it wasn't at the lvl of The West Wing, it was pretty good.
He's a good sport to be a guest on the good version of his terrible show.
@@johnavernia1026 It was good, it just...lost its edge eventually.
Yet you're silent about Tracy Jordan, winner of the Oscar for his performance on "Hard to Watch" based on the book "Stone Cold Bummer" by Manipulate.
"Your mother exploded."
Begin Snow Dogs phase,
💀
Giamatti’s cameo is my favorite. Something about a man who played the 2nd president shouting “death to Lincoln!” is hilarious to me.
"I snitting next to Borpoh" is my favourite line ever.
dimsumcheeks how do I like a comment more than once
Good God, dimsumcheeks!
That's what she said
I didn't get it.
Can you explain the joke to me?
“What are you working on”
“A piece for the today show about how next month is October”
I don’t know by but that got me
This show had a lot of great jokes at NBC's expense lol.
I totally see Paul Giamatti as an Islanders fan
"Because our laughter excites the birds sexually". words to live by.
Aaron Sorkin's great comedic timing still surprises me. He was GREAT in the 60 seconds. Surprises me that it's the only cameo I have ever seen him do.
he also did cameos in entourage and the social network
The Tom Hanks part is so funny!
I loved how Bard Pitt was their computer guy.
Singing the theme song for Bosom Buddies. Many layers...
Missed Catherine O'Hara, who was with Bryan Cranston, playing Kenneth's mum. She won for best song for the tune from A Mighty Wind.
They didn’t win the Oscar (they did get the Grammy though), and Catherine O’Hara wasn’t a nominee for it anyway, she just performed on it.
Sam Handwich
Thanks. I always thought that Eugene and Catherine had written that song. Now I know that it was Michael and his wife who did. Should've won, in any case.
They can include her now. Emmy for Schitt’s Creek!
Catherine O’Hara has and still is very underrated. I’ve been watching her since second city. Such a funny woman.
She was fictionally almost nominated in "For Your Consideration" in which she plays Marilyn Hack, an actress who goes off the deep end when the talk of Oscar buzz drives her to it.
There was some talk about Catherine actually getting a nod by the Academy but, like the movie, she was passed over. Perhaps it cut a little too close to home.
1) totally forgot that episode where Susan Sarandon had a relationship with Frank
2) Oprah flying coach ?? Thats a dealbreaker
It looked at least comfort or business
I believe Liz has enough money to fly premium. She just acts trashy because she's Liz.
@@spirit.ofthe.harvestmoon I guess Jack is right she doesn't understand the finer things in life
Spoiler: that’s not Oprah en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Believe_in_the_Stars
She took medication before flying in that episode..she only THOUGHT she was talking to Oprah.
“Well then wake him up!’ 🤣
“Because our laughter excites the birds sexually ” I CANT 🤣😂
Octavia Spencer was my favourite. She should had gotten an Emmy for her performance on 30 Rock
"I'm not coming to work tomorrow" made me spit out laughing
They definitely based Andre’s grandma from Victorious on her.
I just LOVE the exasperated/scared look on Tracy’s face… He really nailed the Liz reaction!
I'M A JEDI!
I loved Julianne Moore's bit. Her accent cracks me up 😂
Michael Keaton makes everything he's in 100x better. He still has Beetlejuice's magical powers.
he's so fucking good I forgot Beetlejuice was played by anyone but a chaotic spirit.
Michael Keaton was one of the greatest guest stars on three of my favorite shows: 30 Rock, Frasier and King of the Hill.
He is too old for that sh....
noise coming from that pipe
The pictures of his girl are blurred. Two of them on the right are dead naked girls lol it's so dark rewatch
Lol, they didn't even show the most obvious one: Alec Baldwin, nominated in 2003 for The Cooler
It's funny that Tom Hanks uses the expression "actor emergency" when previous instances of this expression by Tracy leads the viewer to believe that it was just some immature sounding thing he made up.
That hanks bit was great
When he starts quietly singing the theme song from Bosom Buddies, I lost it. The needlepoint just added to the absurdity. No offense to needlepointers.
Both my sons are magicians. Damn.
Yeah, that's rough.
Gob
I would watch a show that was just Tom Hanks latch hooking while himself watching TV.
“I’m kind of an expert at getting shot with smooth-bore firearms.”
Woah there, buddy, leave some booty for the rest of us.
Tom Hanks singing My Life is my religion
Octavia Spencer is just unbelievable! I laugh hyserically when I watch her clips!!! WE WENT BEYOND!
"Eh....a Southern gentleman...."
2:56 “I’m a Jedi!” 🤣🤣🤣
4:40 I always laugh out loud at this scene with Queen Latifah! It's so funny cause it's almost the reality of what politicians are doing during speeches. 😂😂
Wow 30 Rock had awesome guest stars!! NBCs comedy Lineup back in those days was really good!!!
Used to meet with my friends weekly and watch this, The Office , Parks and Rec, My Name is Earl and Scrubs . It was IMO a great block of shows
I never watched 'Scrubs' but was a loyal fan of all of the rest of the shows on your list.
Irs amazing how many amazing guest stars they got on this show.
Well when you're the best you attract the best.
I think a lot of it had to do with the show being shot on location--a lot of those greats were already in the building and enjoyed being hit up for cameos.
When Elvis Costello popped up in the scene with Mary J. I remembered that he was nominated for best song, along with T. Bone Burnett, for Scarlet Tide from Cold Mountain.
I love his music but I also remember his comedy bit on the Larry Sanders show in the 1990's, when he bought Hank's car which led to nothing but trouble.
He was also great on Frasier.
Rob Reiner was in the Queen Latifah bit
Giamatti kills me everytime!!
DEATH TO LINCOLN 😂😂😂 I wonder if that was improvised
The Salma Hayek thread in season 3 is my favorite part of 30 Rock. That's when it really hit its stride. It's like 'The Contest' in season 3 of Seinfeld. It changed everything for the show...
I thought the same for Jason Sadakis as Floyd.
I've still got Michael Buble's song 'Mr Templeton' playing on repeat in my head
That's a great call back. Tom Hanks is singing "It's my life" by Billy Joel, the theme song to his own TV show Bosom Buddies.
Paul Giamatti and his water bed episode is my favorite!
"I can't go backwards but yeah I'm pretty good."
Bonus inclusion of Rob Reiner, who was in the scene with Queen Latifah.
I only just realised that Harpo is Oprah backwards, I always stooged out until now.
Hanks singing My Life is awesome! (Bosom Buddies reference)
I'd think the bench with its back against the wall would be the bench for sitting and admiring the other bench, since the other bench is placed in a manner where it can be more easily viewed from all angles.
My excuse for the next day "I'm a Jedi! I'm not coming into work tomorrow!"
Oprah not flying private is the most hilarious clip on here.
And if she did fly commercial, it would not be coach.
I mean I know the episode was taken down, but if you did see it you would recall that Liz was Hallucinating and it wasn’t actually Oprah, so random teenage girl she imagined was Oprah
@@raynemichelle2996 I think Liz was flying business, but still doesnt make sense for Oprah lol. She would be in 1st class
This show had the best guest stars, including Catherine O'Hara and Carrie Fisher!
Paul McCartney, too.
I don't have the password, Pitt's our webmaster! Well then wake him up!
They can add Catherine O’Hara along with Bryan Cranston in the Kenny’s parents scene!
00:34, loved that line
Not all the actors deserve to be part of 30 rock and this is fun to watch these celebrities going at it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"Colored man, put it back. Put it down"
Good advice.
I’m shocked Andy wasn’t in more episodes honestly
“Oh, that’s a Southern gentleman!?”
saw andy samberg and remembered he didn’t get an oscar for diehard
3:27 😂 “death to Lincoln”
What a flex
The Sorkin walk and talk was the biggest flex.
"Studio 60?"
The Oprah scene was hillarious!
Good writing on that show.
I still call her ''Borpo'' whenever I see her. It's a classic!!
What about Rob Reiner, Jon Bon Jovi, Elvis Costello, Kristen Wiig, Al Gore, Paul McCartney, Buck Henry, and some day player named Alec Baldwin?
the amount of big names in this show is larger than I thought
of all the Nancy Donovan clips lol
this. is. pure. magic. 😂
Nice of Sorkin to show up years later to let 30 Rock spike the ball in his face.
I've said this many times brilliant writing.
Wow. They really give these things out to anybody.
"WELL THEN WAKE HIM UP"
The body pillow went on to sue Franco
😂
I know it's usually about how much money you give them or may just happen because someone on the crew is friends with them but I always get a little surprised seeing Oscar level performers appear in TV shows. Of course there's also the fact that quite a few Oscar level performers actually got their start on TV like Tom Hanks.
How do you not include Buck Henry??
Linky linky. Got your pinky
Catherine O'Hara was right there beside Bryan Cranston and has more comedic chops than him yet she was ignored?
I don't think she's been nominated for an Oscar.
"Studio 60?"
"Shut up."
I laugh. Every time I watch this show
"I'm a call you back. I snitting next to Borpo" xD
"because our laughter excites the birds sexually" lmaoo
2:47
Minny put Poop in the Pie!
💩👉🍰
It would be nice to see how many awards and nominations they received
Lmao Tom Hanks the Hollywood elite
Has someone counted how many out the were actual winners
What’s funny is Tom Hanks and George Clooney are actually distant cousins
Yo. Declan MacManus was an Oscar nominee for Best Song. Omitted!
When did emojis evolve from emoticons?
Michale Keaton 😂😂👌🏽
I need a red phone in my den that only calls George Clooney
WAIT, WAIT, WAIT...which episode ks the one witb Octavia Spencer and Stanley Tucci?? Why I cannot remember it?
I can't believe they got Borpo

"I'm Aaron Sorkin. The West Wing, A Few Good Men, The Social Network..."
"Studio 60."
"Shut up."
Such a great exchange, and the perfect follow-up to her comment at the Emmys: "Aaron Sorkin is wearing the same dress as me, only it's twice as long and not as funny."
Oprah ain’t flyin no commercial
Saw my man, Elvis C. He was nominated for best song in 2003. Oops!!
Im so sad that bryan craston hasn't win am Oscar by now.
When was Steve Martin nominated?
2013 honorary oscar
Funny line from video you are watching. The one you liked.
The James Franco bit hasn't aged well
The Bryan Cranston one was the best.
As if Oprah would ever not fly private.
Everybody wind your neck in its meant to be a laugh at least in Belfast it is 😁😁☘☘
Tom Hanks singing the theme to Bosom Buddies!
Put the Oprah episode back!
Steve Martin only ever won an honorary Oscar. He's never been nominated in any category.
Andy Samberg technically has a nomination doesnt he? The Lonely Island was nominated for best song i think
Shawn Patterson received the only credit from the Academy for Everything is Awesome not The Lonely Island.
