Thank you for TEF 341... Acknowledging highs and also lows, like Pat Vellner seems to do, also means one isn't mistaking normal for high, pep talking oneself to failure... Plus, the Tour de France mention was great as, this year, some pretty successful cyclists are the ones who were badly injured this Winter/Spring... There are many way to success. Personally, I'm wishing "Uncle Pat" a lot of success.
