Sir, what is prognosis of a ? Thyroid nodule (heterogenous lesion of size 0.39*0.52 cm in USG). Patient is having hyperthyroidism and is on carbimazole 5mg B. D. from last 3 months.
What other tests or scan do you suggest. Is FNAC necessary (with such small sized lesion) and could this go away with medicines or surgery is needed in future.

Not necessarily. Some cases yes. Some cases no.
Can ablation technique be used for multinodular goitre
