Everything works well until I get to the point where I set my shades in the down position. For some reason when I push the down button, the shade goes down however when it hits the bottom, it automatically start to go back up and stops 3/4 of the way up. When I push the up button, it does start to go back up. Any suggestions?

Hello Helene, our shades are rechargeable. Plug in at night once every 3-6 months! 👍

Forgot the continuous up or down

Mine is stuck in the all the way up position. It won't go down. It happened because I kept pressing the prog button on shade over and over until it was all the way up. Is there a fix?
