Wow! 🔥 What a powerful conversation with so many nuggets for all members of society. I am keen to join the TEA community. As a black female entrepreneur living in South Africa, I've experienced an array of challenges but slowly understanding the geographical, systematic and financial frameworks that influence the consumer culture is helping me to now see the light. I love that Bulelani said, "there are some doors that inspiration alone cannot open because there is too much red tape" this is so true! Inspiration does not equate to execution or "getting things done". The dream is free but the hustle is sold separately. We need more spaces like these.

Thoroughly enjoyed this exchange & liked that Bulelani’s experience allows us to see & understand how the different blocks can/should link up. From the township entrepreneur (whom he knows & understands) to the brands/companies pairing up with said entrepreneurs. He has in-depth expertise from all perspectives that allow each of these contributors to figure out how to liaise with one another to get the maximum result & impact from a collaboration effort.
