RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Milk 1 litre.
Sugar 180 gr.
Semolina 160 gr.
Cocoa 60 gr.
Mix well.
Vanillin 5 gr.
Mix well.
Moisten a suitable mold with water.
Add the semolina mixture.
Distribute evenly.
Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
After the cake has cooled, remove the cling film.
Remove the edges from the mold.
Invert onto a serving plate.
Cut the dessert as I show you in the video.
Coconut flakes 60 gr.
Roll the dessert in coconut flakes.
Enjoy your meal!
