Beck weathers honesty about his depression and how climbing helped alleviate it, is such a brave conversation to have. He is so logical in how he reflects back and is able to explain how many unknown and risky factors contributed to the events that unfolded that day. It is remarkable that he blames no one for their actions or inactions. He is a very inspiring and brave man.

It´s a shame he realized these "tips and advice" after he went and did it himself. I can understand doing things that give you a high, but there are limits which a persons brain usually tells them, we can call it tips an advice from the brain, for example usually this happens to a person before one does something like climbing a mountain that has kileld 1 out of 4 people trying to climb themselves-.
