Waoo!
I can't believe there are places like this in Ai!
See heavy structures, thanks for taking us round!
Can't wait to see the new GRAs
Solar panels in the houses there! That shows its a place for the riches in Ebonyi indeed
Wow ..This is reality a rich neighbourhood....Obinna Ogba was our Board chairman back then in FMC
This place is really indeed beautiful 😍
Thank you for taking us along with u..I can't wait to visit there
We lived in onwe road but left last year. I love ebonyi because of the calmness. But I’ve traveled outside Nigeria living in more cities it will be hard to live in calm area again. Thanks for showing Ebonyi I’ve not entered since 7 years
Wow... Onwe Road... My Secondary school area back then.... @Bishop Otubelu College Abakaliki...
Thank you for keeping us updated, I love this environment, it’s beautiful and quiet… I’d love to see the new area, and I will also love to see along Izhiangbo to Ohaukwu LG 135
@@HelensCorner good evening ma. Please, I will like to enquire about house rent in abakaliki. Like where can one get two bedroom apartment at cheaper rate? Thank for quick response
Check my last video
I title Enugu Abakaliki express way, you will see
Izamgbo to 135 there
i've come to the sad realisation that we Igbos (gov't and private property owners) just don't know how to present our highbrow areas in a pristine and well maintained manner. check it, ALL GRAs in any of our cities in the south-east always have a question mark; if it's not bad or a near absence of roads (like one of the new GRAs in Onitsha....i think it's called 33), then it's wild bushes and uncut grasses. if not that, then it's heaps of rubbish piling up on the sides of the road in what's supposed to be a well kept environment. go and watch youtube clips of the GRAs in Uyo or Calabar then you'd begin to appreciate my annoyance.
Your report should also say something about the range of cost of renting property in these places. I am actually looking for a house to rent in any of these areas.
The road should be made more smooth and clearly marked and sidewalks for pedestrians and women with children who want to stroll around the neighborhoods. Use sidewalks to cover the open gutters like what is done in the developed world. I don’t know why Nigeria especially has this problem when even comparing with other African countries.
Owerri is a glorified village littered with bad roads and filthy environment. Umahi should come and govern imo state. #ihedioha23
where the walls allow us to see inside, can see that the residences are nice, but there's a lot of rubbish on the roads and their condition is nothing to write home about, especially for a GRA and knowing how particular Umahi is with road construction. there's also no sense of uniformity.
This is an old GRA.
Most of those roads where not touched by the current administration of umahi.they have been like that for decades but still in good condition.
Nice one, although you are hardly audible while music sound is very clear and loud. You could get a mini microphone for phone videos, it'll help. Well done ma'am!
I really enjoyed watching, I know some of these places like onwe road and Hope high, Pls which part of Ebonyi state are you from.
I was born and breed in Ai. Ezza Rd Prim Sch and Model Comprehensive Sec Sch, Urban Sec before GSSC Ezillo. Looking to come back to purchase a property in my first home. Anambra girl by Genetics
It is just like an ordinary street where I grew up in the north. They need to step up their game. Surrounding is poor.
This is an old GRA we will visit the newest once soon.
I hope you will be impressed
Where for north? Aside abuja...where for north make sense like diz?
Don't argue he may be saying the truth
I have a video of Kaduna on my channel to be honest.
Some parts of Kaduna are more beautiful than this even kano
@@HelensCorner yeah you're right. the GRA in Kaduna should be better than this. key thing is for Umahi to fix the roads and ensure they're swept and refuse is collected regularly so it doesn't pile up like i saw on some roads in the video. they should provide each residence with bins which the refuse truck will come to empty on a weekly basis. this is not rocket science for heavens sake.
Honestly umahi did that on resumption to duty, I guess he may not know that his workers ain't as
Regular as before and this may also be the case of they may come that day.
All over the state they pick refuse street to street.
That's nice & calm.
