250g Mascarpone cheese
2 egg yolks / 10g granulated sugar
2 egg whites / 30g granulated sugar
30g granulated sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee
Hot water
=recipe=
1:Layer the container with biscuits. Mix the ingredients for the coffee syrup and soak the biscuits.
2:In a bowl, combine egg yolks and granulated sugar until creamy. Gradually add Mascarpone cheese and mix.
3:In another bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff, adding granulated sugar in three parts until peaks form.
4:Gradually fold the egg white mixture into the Mascarpone mixture in three parts.
5:Layer biscuits and cheese cream.
6:Refrigerate for about 2 hours, then sift cocoa powder on top to finish!​
