Here is how to wrap your hands with 108 inch wrist wraps. At least how I do it anyway. I hope the video is easy enough to follow. I had to do it by myself.
Wilmer Casiano These are 108 inch wraps. This is a basic wrap for shorter ones. 140 or 180 inch wraps are better for what you mention. See my other video.
Hey, Brandon, wrapping your wrist that way, do you have an issue with the wrap sliding off of your knuckles after a while? I am not a big fan on placing the wrap between each of my fingers, but do so because I thought it was necessary to prevent sliding and protect my knuckles.
Kevin Stevens it will usually slide off of you have the wrap to far down the fingers. If you look close my wrap is just past the edge of my knuckles. It also comes off easier when you go under the wrist at the start rather than over the back of the wrist. Also do not wrap with your fingers together. Spread them wide. These things along with snugging the wrap just a bit each time around will keep them secure. I can take my gloves off and work out with them on and they will still stay together.
There is not enough wrap to go in between the knuckles and then back over and around the thumb again. The 108 is just enough to get the wrist secure. There is no standard on wrapping your own hands so if you decide you want to try then go for it. In competition there is a standard. You try it, make a video and share it with me. Then I can see how you do it.
Finally a short simple fast video for the short wraps
No problem buddy. I made these a long time ago. I didn't realize how many views it got until you just posted on here.
I just had my debut in Underground Boxing uploaded to my channel. I tried my hardest but I just wanted to know you Inspire me a lot Brandon.

Perfect, thanks dude!
So useful! Cheers
It is a bit fast and an old one but I still wrap my hands this way after 13 years and never a problem. I use 180 inch but this is good for 108 inch.
Thanks Brandon! I subbed to your channel! I am on my journey to become a pro fighter some day
TheUltimate FightingWarrior good stuff man. I started at 31 and turned pro at 34. If I can do it. So can you.
Brandon Montella thank you so much man I truly appreciate any support
Thanks man!
You should put them in between your knuckles to protect them as well but this is a good method for shadow boxing

Awesome, thanks for the quick response. I'll be sure to try it out during my workout today.
That helped me , thanks a lot
The Man glad it helped. Its an old one and I do it for 180" too. I am sure there sre other ways but, 5 years and not any problems this way.
Anytime man.
Is there a way to measure which size hand wrap I have I got them as a gift out of the box
They should say on the wrap or the box they came in. If not you can measure them with a tape measure.
I have 108 and followed this exactlyand have a lot of excess wrap left still. I don't understand unless you have shorter wraps
You could have smaller wrist dimensions.
Thankyou sir
You are welcome.
Its not suppose to be that way. Don't know what happened. It wasn't filmed that way and was not as such before. I try to change it. Thanks.
it is too fast for beginner !!!!
Hey man you still have access to this channel lol??
Of cours. It's mine.
why din you put in each finger thatwill get loose p
These are 108" wraps. Not enough for the fingers plus wraps. All wraps will come loose if not properly secured.
