- HELPING ELDERY LADY For FREE, nearly BLEW up Neighborhood
I was driving through town and noticed this 20FT tall overgrown lawn in the backyard, I stopped by and knocked on the door to see if I could help this Eldery Lady. The backyard was so thick you couldn’t even walk through it, the dogs were getting lost, this Lady hadn’t seen her backyard in 10 years. We ran into problem after problem. There was no gate to get in the backyard so we took the fence apart and moments later something went terribly wrong. We could have blown up the entire neighborhood…

@@JoelCrump-uc9by 4 months the snow will start flying. Next summer ? I hope it gets maintained… not much grass left. Thats in her court now.

Thank you so much for doing this yard. I haven’t seen anything as worse as this. I wondered how they checked her gas meter every month. This is so scary. Glad she didn’t have all kinds of snakes in her backyard. May the Lord bless you for all that you do to help others.
If you look towards the bottom half of the meter you'll notice a shinier than the rest of the meter box that is a radio frequency transmitter, they drive up and down the streets and have a receiver that reads every meter, same goes for electric and water, gone are the days of a guy walking the neighborhood, the only time an actual person checks it is when there's a dispute.

I guess the gas meter company forgot to put this house on their yearly inspection list!!..If they came to inspect the house like they do in NY, all the rubbish around the gas meter would've had to be removed before Eric's cleanup. Thank God For Erik!!!
I was thinking the same thing. Our meters are read every few months.

What a jungle you ran into. Thank goodness you have a good crew to get in and work this yard over good. Too bad this lady didn't have a helpful neighbor 9 1/2 years ago to help her keep her yard mowed down.😢 But she has been blessed with a wonderful crew with many talents.
