This man is really brave to swim across all these sharks.
Sorry man cuz goji center create this
@@fend6040 its a joke
Same goes for the camera man

Would be nice to have a high resolution digital download of the poster too
Yes😉 GOJICENTER
I think there is a mistake at 0:40 swell shark size.
@@thespinosaurus2972 don’t worry it says .9 Meters. The dot is a little hard to see
Seeing and swimming with Whale sharks back home is always an amazing experience.
In the ocean or the Atlanta aquarium?

I like how the Megalodon is depicted as it’s own large species of shark and it’s not just a big great white shark.
while yeah it's not just an enlarged white shark, it's still depicted inaccurately in this video. It was still a lamnid, which is the group that includes sharks like White sharks, Mako sharks, Porbeagle sharks, Salmon sharks, etc. Otodus megalodon should still at least retain that basic body shape, and not something like what was shown in this video. The blunt snout, tiny fins, and overly chunky body do not fit lamnid body plans at all
@@-samart2004- yeah megalodon was smaller too as thought before, i agree that megalodon is not a lamnid
Except for the tail
@@user-ga5fne3h the male or the female is the average 10m if its the female so the male will be smaller
@@user-ga5fne3h Well yeah that could be said about any animal. Animals at their maximum size aren’t common
As scary as I think some sharks can be, I can't deny how amazing they are. Seriously, they're wonderful both visually and evolutionary.
Indeed it pisses me off when people say we're better off without sharks. We're not sharks barley ever attack people let alone kill them. Cows kill more people every year than sharks.
Exactly!! They’ve been around since really the beginning. And it’s crazy how they’ve been around for every major event that happened on this planet and still are alive and well. I also love sharks and find them so fascinating
As someone who loves all sharks greatly, I’m excited to see the size comparisons. Good work Gojicenter.
P.S. Thank you for adding the Otodus Obliquus .
Sharks
Agreed
I appreciated that he added otodus shark. They deserve more attention and love as they were overshadowed by the infamous megalodon.
🦈
i like sharks :D
Do alligator and crocodile size comparison. Hope to see all crocodile and alligator. Sharks are one of my favourite animal. great work goji center
Movie monster alligators and crocs would be sweet too.
Crocs would eventually dwarf the alligators near the end
They all shrunk due to survival of the fittest... imagine if that wasn't an issue
I knew most of these sharks just because of playing hungry Shark
@@GonnaPutSomeDirtInYourEyes-786 😂
They will be big as Blue whale probably ( and blue whale will be bigger too I'm 50 percent sure lol)
@@deinocheirusthebestduck5447 they wont blue whales only are able to get so big because the amount of krill/plankton in the ocean and on a few sharks eat krill/plankton which still likely wont even get close
@@phantomsrage6523 as I said *50 percent sure*
Do note that most of the larger Cenozoic sharks reached such sizes IN SPITE OF cetacean competition (cetacean competition, especially in the role of apex predator, was actually much more stiff from the Late Eocene to the start of the Pliocene than it is now); they didn’t get big because cetaceans hadn’t overthrown them yet, they got big because they were able to successfully compete with cetaceans.
The fact that the Whale Shark is the 2nd largest shark to have ever existed is impressive given that it's still alive.
The whale shark was bigger tho
It can be 12.5 m max
@@Quixoticchimera81 what
@@ayankhanayankhan2012 There are confirmed specimens over 16 meters, some around 18 meters. And these aren't old fisherman records from the times reporting was very shoddy; these were recent in a few cases. So yeah, there are potentially whale sharks still alive which are roughly the same length of some O. megalodon.
First is Whale Shark, second is Basking Shark
Before I watch this, I hope Cretoxyrhina makes an appearance as I believe it is quite underrated, and because it was the first Prehistoric shark I heard about.
I’m pleased, thanks for having my favorite ancient shark make an appearance in this excellent video.
@@JellyGeneral47 I’d never heard of this, 07:33 . Waiting for it to swim by the diver was a fun way to spend my lunch break. Lol
The first prehistoric shark I heard about, was the classic Megalodon.
@@anukash9397 almost all. I've heard about helicoprion first
Same. Cretoxyrhina is awesome!
Not the size comparison we needed, but the one we deserved…

hello there
didnt expect to see you here! i like your videos.
Goji Center I have never said this before but you and your channel is filled with so much knowledge that my brain breaks in half due to just how much you have in your videos. Also good luck on your road to 1million subs you are getting so close!
I’m 9 months late but go watch some space/universal/galaxy videos. Your mind would explode.
Another awesome video goji center , love sharks !!! Makes me for excited for shark week !!
Thank you Goji Center for showcasing the true majesty of these awe-inspiring animals! 👍🌊🦈
I am such a big fan of the Megalodon. Just knowing a shark THAT huge once swam our oceans is pretty exciting.
I know right 😀
Thing is theres a chance they are still alive.
@Auron Filewood Uhhh no, first off megalodon required warm tropical water like that of Hawaii and second off if they were still alive we would know by now. I know I’m gonna get those comments that we only know 80-75% of the ocean and that it could be in the deep sea.
Well that is true about the ocean however if megalodon was in the deep sea then it would look completely different from what it originally looked like. On top of that there isn’t enough food down there
We only have explored 75%-80% of the ocean. And scientists say its still possible.
To be honest the Megalodon is my favorite species of shark it's a terrifying and majestic creature at the same time
Just like the lion.
Yea
It's over"rated"

Excellent size comparison video on living and prehistoric sharks great job as always gojicenter.
Props to the diver to stay there while all the shark where showcasing
Awesome work Goji Center. Great job. Please make more.
7:35 creyoxyrhina is probably my favorite prehistoric shark of all time.

I just want to say I've been watching you guys since you came out and listen to your podcast and I love how much you have grown it's amazing keep up the good work guy much love
*Sharks are beautiful animals, and if you're lucky enough to see lots of them, that means you're in a healthy ocean - Syria Earle*
Indeed.
This is the best Shark size comparison video ever, this is going to blow up quickly, knowing how much people are fascinated by these creatures.
Edit: I don't want to come off as a rude and pathetic person or something, but I think the size of the swell shark is a little off at 0:40, it should be about 82-85 cm.(Really really sweet video tho)
According to my shark reference book published by University of Florida's zoology department and a few other sites, the average is indeed around 90 cm; though of course plenty of individuals can be smaller or bigger.
@@Tarbtano right
this is amazing i love it so much keep up the good work
Love you Goji Great work go for the Million#
tbh not "every" shark species is in this comparison but i expected that because if all species of shark were shown in this, then this vid would go for more then a hour long ngl
I'd watch, I'm a stubborn/ dedicated sort
I absolutely love sharks and my favorites are the tiger shark, megalodon, mako shark, helicoprion and the great white shark. You did an amazing job gojicenter
Helicoprion was not a SHARK but yet a FISH (eugeneodont fish)
P.S DO NOT SAY A SHARK IS A FISH, THEY HAVE THEIR DIFFERENCES AS IN BODYSHAPE, GILLS AND E.C.T
@@imtiazgaslightwala I'm fully aware of that fact
Never heard of some of these, great video!
Very well done as always
I was quite shocked at how big the other extinct Sharks were aside from the Megalodon. Amazing video Goji center!!!
Amazing video! Brought back many memories when I was a kid (I loved sharks when I was a kid, I always read books about them)
This is very informative! I am huge skull island, jw and shark fan and this channel helps me learn more about the stuff I love! Tks goji centre!
Another banger goji I'm so glad with every thing you put out so much hard work and dedication just for us to watch on a weekly basis. I'm fs going to become a member and even buy as merch as I can because you also have one of the coolest designs out of any creater to date!
Perfect time for Shark Week.
I already knew Megalodon was big but I didn't realize it was _that_ big...
a lot of estimates put it around 60ft in length. (not counting the ones from the 2018 movie "The Meg".)
Good video idea!
Very nice video , is relaxing watching this video and I loved hearing the music while I admired all these awesome creatures!! Excellent Goji Center ! Thank you for your hard work in each video !👏🏼
Great video and awesome sharks man!!
I’m sorry but when I heard the name “cookie cutter shark” I started laughing 😂
Wow those scary sharks are my favorite sea monsters, cool videos Goji Center

also size comparison was awesome all are the best in my opinion goji center this was great 👍
BRO I LOVE THIS CHANNEL SO MUCH
I absolutely love sharks, and I support them.
loved the size comparison of sharks and all fishes
Wow this is amazing video and I actually learned some sharks new
Another great video
Gojicenter have updated their helicoprion by shorting the snout from the last sea monster video. I love both version.
Btw the helicoprion was more related to eat fishes and rays than sharks
7:38 the cretoxyrhina is roughly as large as deep blue, the *largest* white shark, although the cretoxyrhina can get even larger.
8:00 can get up to 54 feet in length, and 44,000 lbs.
8:55, 10m isn’t even average size, it more around 12 meters, but they can reach 64+ feet, and 101,000 lbs, it’s the second largest shark, and nigh top 5 in terms of large fish.
Otodus megalodon at 9:10 is not the median estimate for the megalodon, conservatively placed at 60-75 feet, some estimates even claim it to be 82 feet, around 25 meters, it’s the largest predatory animal in history aside from maybe the shonasuarus, it outweighs almost all species except the blue whale, at 227,000 lbs.
This is so cool!!!!
Awesome video. Great job
Great video! One adjustment to be made is the size of onchopristis. It was at least 2-3 meters larger, but otherwise, cool vid
Imagine jumping in the ocean for a swim and seeing that meg 20 feet away from you just looking at you. 😱
You wouldn't have any time to escape with how big it is and it only being 20 feet away from you. That'd be a tiny movement from the meg and you're already eaten. Oof.
@@DarthPyrusTheVirus I mean the meg would just see or sense how small you are and not try to eat you, cause its like seeing a breadcrumb on the table and jumpng on the table to eat it
not what we expected but still a banger!
the content's quality is mind blowing
I love these size comparison videos I also like how you make the megalodon an accurate size and not the oversized one
I’ve always liked prehistoric marine life way more than modern marine life. Marine life of prehistory is so much more fascinating and terrifying.
Same, since knowing Shonisaurus, I've been obsessed over them. Prehistoric marine reptiles are so cool. There was an itchyosaurs the size of blue whale and that's so amazing. The lilstock monster. People is still confused if they were a species of Shonisaurus or Shastasaurus.
I agree with you, the gigantic and bizarre creatures we could think of, it’s also more cooler when you add speculative artwork to it…
good job keep up the good work
Ur Videos Are mutch Amazing the way u Explain Fiction Animals into like a Documentary like animal planet But I Suggest u Rest for a Bit
You know what’s actaully suprising
*how long the diver can stay underwater*
Could you do Crocodilian species next including Sarcosuchus?
This is exactly what I had been looking for.. tnx
This channel...got even BETTER! A person who loves sharks, dinosaurs and kaiju, this channel has turned into a dream come true! However, do not think they have confirmed the extinction of C.obsolerus.
It's interesting that the second largest shark is the most peaceful one
Although I classify megalodon as in top tier of my favorite shark list I love the phenomenal design of the orthacantus and the whale shark soothed my eye throughout the whole video. nice! no bias. Just the models of those two
This comparison was one of the best
Awesome video Goji Center and yeah some sharks like the meg could been big enough to maybe fight Showa Godzilla lol
Could have also been about prehistoric fish in general, their are some interesting species
Agreed. Who’s heard of Dunkelosteus? Like if my paralysis demon was a fish?
@@KievanRus_Ball_Mapping not to mention all the big fish from the kem kem (spinosaurus Habitat)

Hello goji center. How good of a fight do you think V. Rex vs Dominion Giga would be?
Gigachad
V rex takes this. It’s only slightly longer by 2 feet but very massive and chunky in terms of overall build, can jump around like there’s no such thing as gravity that gives it a wild amount of speed and agility, and can take a ridiculous beating like there’s no tomorrow.
@@Arghust It would be very close. Keep in mind the giga has literal armor plates on its back the run the length of its body so pouncing on top of it would not bode well for the V.rex. And also the Giga's bite would more than likely be able to peirce the V.rex's thick hide. It's hard to say though both seem quite evenly matched
@@warcrimes1014
I just did a size comparison to see how exactly the Giga scales with the Vrex and I found a problem. The Vrex is much bigger than 50ft. From what I got, it appears to be in the +70ft range, maybe more. I mean this thing is huge!
@@Arghust wait seriously!? That's insane. Ok then to make things just a bit more fair we should scale down the v.rex or else it would literally just stomp the poor thing.
First viewer. Excellent video 👍
Amazing video about my favorite FISH 🦈
A video that I would like to see would be a fight analysis of a Mosasausurs vs Megalodon
I was thinking of this, Megalodon (the Meg) vs mosasaurus (Jurassic world), however I would rather see Livyathan against megalodon, since it was much smarter, more stronger, more robust to fight megalodon unlike mosasaurus
The thing is real life mosasaurus is much much smaller than Jurassic World mosa.
Meg would fuck up Mosa. Its much smaller and have weaker jaws.
Pretty sure megs bite force is more tons than the weight of a mosa itself
@@bmt4628 Mosa is 17 meters and megalodon is 18 meters
I’ve loved sharks for a long time, but megalodon will always be my favourite
