It must have been such a difficult decision for her to cancel the other dates as her fans mean so much to her and I love the way she shuns the spotlight and is just her normal self. Lots of love to you Adele and Thankyou for finishing the concert for us.xx

I saw Adele in May 2011, just a couple months after 21 debuted. My roommate and I had been listening to 21 nonstop since he got a copy a month before the US drop. Beacon Theatre in NYC, maybe 2800 people. It was one of the most beautiful shows I’d ever seen. And Adele was so humble and funny. And I’ll never forget that. Her voice was heavenly. She ended on a guitar solo of Someone Like You to which she gave the chorus to the audience. Everyone knew every word. We were bawling. It was so beautiful.

Anyone who knows anything about voices knows that Adele uses all of them with every effort. It's magical to hear, but that tour was insane. No person that uses her voice as she does can complete such a long tour without damaging their vocal cords. I can't understand why she thought she could do it without some consequence.
When I was there on this exact night not many people knew and sang some of her other songs but as soon as this song came on everyone was just so mesmerized by her and the whole stadium bellowed with beautiful voices, amazing truly.
How wonderful to have Great Britain give the world the best of the best musicians ever to be. Queen gave us Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon. Albert Lee, Erik Clapton and Mark Knopfler, along with Dr May, are ranked in the top guitarists of all time. When Adele came along I was gobsmacked! I can't wait to hear the next great discovery perform at Wembley one day.

Well, considering the fact that she was suffering from extreme vocal blow-out by then, she still sounded bloody amazing. The only thing I did notice was that she dodged them high notes on the line what goes: "Don't forget me, I beg, I'll remember you said: 'Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead", but what singer can put their hand on their heart and say they ain't done that live as well? Other than that, she sounded absolutely tip-top, as always. I get the feeling she'll be back and that, regardless of what she says, we ain't seen the last of her, 'cos let's be fair: singers "retire" from the stage all the time, and they pretty much always make a comeback sooner or later- (Cher, Tom Jones and Tina Turner, for instance, to name just a few such singers!) I'll be honest: I desperately wanna see her perform live, so if she has quit the stage for good, then I'm gutted!
