@@lowee2114 Like I demonstrated in the video, it's best to gather all of them rather than individually. Otherwise the others you left at the bench would start chasing you.

I figured it out. You're playing on the wrong chapter, it's chapter 5 not chapter 3. Chapter 5 has the river section, the lost harbour and the maze called "administration", that is where you can find the butcher gang and kill them with the method I demonstrated. So beat chapter 3 and 4 and you can find it there in chapter 5.

Theres actually a jumping strat to outrun them but still have them follow you.
