    For me i have the opposite problem, I'm person with a very expressive face at times even when I'm resting or tired mostly, my facial expression goes on overdrive and I'm not even aware of it

      ​@@violetmyosotis4667I think getting punched in the face is the fastest way. The long way I'd assume is to watch yourself in the mirror, record yourself and in that you find a solution OR find the emotion of feeling nothing, yet to completely feel it

      @@overseer5060 How hard should the punch be? because i've tried the later , being an ADHD as well doesn't allow the emotion of nothingness to come into the equation in the first place.
      Any other methods beside botox ?

      @@violetmyosotis4667 The punch should be like when you get into a fight. Getting into boxing or any martial arts will help with a stoic face due to immersion in the moment; must not show traces of weakness such as emotions that can be used as an advantage. Faces are good indicators of when to strike. While also getting punched is like a reality check. The other methods is to simply force a neutral face, simply just think think think of a bland face.
