It makes sense that the tib infestation would detect stealth, the buzzer hive does, they're not really that different, and it's easy to kill the infestation so it wouldn't really be OP. Back in the day I used to swing Storms in and drop a buzzer swarm support power into the field, fan them out and reveal NOD harvs by proximity. It isn't 100% reliable but it used to work.

I just thought - why Shock Troops a separate upgrade for their weapon? If I recall correctly, it is the only upgrade, from which only one unit benefits. Other upgrades for any fraction upgrades at least several types of units. UPD: Well, probably, Troopers from GDI also have specific upgrades, but they are good even without any upgrades.

why not just upgrade Tib Scan to detect stealth and then let that be a way they can use Storm Riders? I don't think infestation should have stealth detection with a little longer of a duration o something and you can just increase the base cost of the Tib Scan support power.
Hi, leaf, I've noticed that the zone shatterer overload beam has only a range of 350 when it's supposed to be 375. when was this changed in the patches? i can't find a record of this change anywhere.
@@masterleafcnc 25 is a small difference though, but it doesn't seem to translate because the zone shatterer always comes within 350 range when ordered to overload. the beam doesn't reach its target otherwise when you auto-target the ground.
I'm glad that Scrim factions are looking viable outside traveler now.

But Tib Scan IS detecting stealth - at least, harvesters.
