Gaynor, What a beautiful scenic walk. Yes, I can hear the sheep 🐑 and birds, how relaxing 😌. Oh hooray a 🌁, yeah we are walking over the bridge, what a lovely stream. The forest path with flowers is beautiful. Oh 👋 Hello Gaynor, what a nice sitting area. Oh nice 60 degrees is a great temp for taking the long walk. I bet it is a bit tiring yet is very healthy.

Hi Gaynor,
I can totally follow you. I have that with bikini with my husband. I have to know where we are going, because it happens he doesn't know the right way and it takes longer and longer.
Going up a steep hill. I feel then so tired and my knees are shaking and then my legs get trembling. Oh how tired you will be and the red face. I can imagine. I have it too when I ask to much of my body and legs. I feel for you so deeply Gaynor. The choices you sometimes have to make..............

Darren always gives me a map and tells me it won’t be too long and mostly flat but it never is. And it always takes much longer. At least I had an ice cream and we had chairs in the car boot ❤
