Reworking tubing for higher maple sap yields

Sap ladders are poor performers so I reworked the A5 line to tie it directly into the wet dry line.

What is the slope per foot you are aiming for? I have a 1” main to put in to move the releaser closer to the road, lots to do so little time lol

How much syrup are you making per tap with your laterals going uphill to your main?

I don’t really have a way to figure it out. You loose 1/2” per for of lift. So if I have a 8’ lift then I am loosing 4” but it’s better than nothing and works for my situation
