In India we are getting detachable handle set by Wonderchef by Sanjeev Kapoor since 10 years plus which has 2 handles. Carote is available too. You have organized the kitchen well.

At 12:20 the plastic plate with holes needs to be flipped. 🙂 That way it will keep the water away from the items.
