New Licca-Chan and Wonderful Precure Style dolls are always a treat and the HUGE Pokemon Center haul my husband and I picked out is something I've been VERY eager to receive. The Hamtaro FURNITURE and picnic basket are very ridiculous and I'm super stoked about those too... lol... you know me - I'll find the most random thing every time! They were my mom’s 🥺 she couldn’t take them when she moved so I took them in so she’d know they were still okay
you can import food/bath bombs if you use the correct shipping. I do it all the time! usually the proxy will stop you if there's any problems with shipping them, which there usually isn't. I've shipped cans of soda and they were fine. I bought the entire store box of the pikmin bath bombs back when they were on pre order. you get two full sets of figures which is great for collection purposes.😭the glow plush is VERY worth it btw. the little guy is borderline a nightlight he glows so bright!
UPS and FedEx have held my packages for nonsense, unprecedented reasons in the past (once they needed to know what material my CERAMIC mug was made out of) so I’m very careful about what I order and when 😭 the proxy does tell me every time they foresee an issue though!
I still haven’t ordered the glow pikmin plush!! I’m so annoyed because I bought the bundle before he was out and buying him solo ends up being like $12 all together which feels high to me… hoping for a lot with that big keychain

I love watching your Japan hauls, there’s a type of joy when you open a package and it’s a mix of different stuff you bought! I get that feeling when i get my packages from Germany. Also i heard you mention the Philippines! I will keep an eye out for Hamtaro while I’m here and also send the word along to friends and relatives here to keep their eyes out in case!

Yes that’s very true. I’ll think little about buying (1/4-1/3 scale) clothes, accessories and shoes for my dolls but the same kind of stuff for me will be agonizing struggles. A video of tips on this would be awesome and helpful.🤞🏻

I bought that Happy Lemonade Licca-chan too! Her style makes me think of a pop idol and it's a nice summer-y design. She's so adorable!

So gonna grab those Pre Cure dolls, found them on Amazon but should wait due to my purchases this month, just bought American Girl Number 11 after buying a mint Number 4 plus the Magic of Pegasus dolls even the teddy bear. Regarding the hamtaro drawer organizer's, I was thinking perhaps you could find some decals or stickers and then place them on generic drawers found in the USA. I know you love hunting for the real thing and it's amazing to find pieces in tact and not damaged. Love these videos and spending the afternoon hanging out.

Thanks for the UPS shipping tip! I order from zenmarket a few times a year but I never really know which shipping option to use. It’s always pretty fast, but it’s tricky to compare speed and price. I’m definitely trying UPS this next time!
UPS and fedex I’ve almost exclusively had good experiences with but it can be expensive. If you do the big boxes like I do then UPS and FedEx are usually the cheapest or pretty much the same price as the other options. But they ship WAAAAAYYYY faster. They can be weird about bags, mugs, clocks and shirts though
I wonder if it's worth using a proxy for people who want to order from Japan but not often, like a smaller thing every few months. Getting an item directly with the slowest cheapest shipping method vs getting a proxy and getting it faster, how would the cost compare. The pink haired Licca is interesting. In pictures she seemed to have a molded top and gimmicky ponytail which is odd for a Licca but also unique in that way I suppose.
For that sort of thing I’d try to see if my friends wanted to split a proxy box with me and then we’d all do a group thing. One of the biggest benefits of these services, at least for me, is that I can order off of sites that I can’t otherwise order from. It’s frustrating when you want one smaller item from something like Yahoo Japan so you have to go through a proxy and the shipping is like $15 😭😭😭

I was litterally just looking at my tracking for my recent ZenMarket parcel. This is day 22 of an estimated 12 it would take to come to me. I really hope it will come soon! No dolls in there though, somehow. Just K-Pop band t-shirts lol.

Oh no?? What courier did you use? And does it say where it is? I never do EMS or surface mail because I’m scared of ship times so I always go for UPS and FedEx and thankfully those go fast.
I will say some countries (US included) are weird about shirts so it could be a customs hold
I used Avia Airmail. It's weird because it left the outward office in Japan and then I got no updates between the 15th of May and the 3rd of June. Now it's in the final country, but als stuck in customs it seems? Last time I ordered it moved through in 2 hours and arrived 1 day after it made it to my country, which doesn't seem to be happening, although it's only been 2 days of course. Maybe it'll arrive today or tomorrow? I can only hope.

I also dont have the general consensus taste because I love wonderful precure as well as tropical rouge and others that the fandom seems to cosider "silly seasons". Having said that thankfully people seem to be changing their opinions on wonderful since I think everyone's main worry was that it wouldnt be as fun without much fighting.
Wonderful is the first season I've actually been watching as it's coming out properly. I tried with hirogaru sky but started late and dropped it (I just finished it a couple of weeks ago tho and the ending was so good)
