When my late dad took me to see this movie back in late August 1976, during the scene in the hospital ICU when Dom DeLuise and Marty Feldman started fooling around with the EKG and turned it into the "Pong" video game, he had to use his arm to hold me in my seat because I was about to fall out of it from laughing so hard! :D
Mentioned this movie to an employee this morning and I haven't watched it forever. I just watched the scene in my office and was laughing so hard I was crying. The fall at 1:45 is where I lose it.

Agreed. I found it by accident when I purchased a Best of Mel Brooks DVD. I had only seen History of the World and Blazing Saddles.

When I first showed the movie to my dad, we had to pause it because this scene had him nearly suffocating from laughing so much.
