Great video! Did you guys do the all inclusive package? If so, would you recommend it?
Nice, like the whole room tour, we will be going there in May, on a timeshare deal, did they give you a big hassle to upgrade the room and do you think the upgrade was worth it, did you ask about the upgrade at checking? Whatever tips you all have I'm happy to hear
Thanks for checking out the video for the upgrade we did do the upgrade at check in. They did not give us any issues With the upgrade they even took us to the room before we paid to confirm the view that we actually wanted so that was really nice.
Geez, I miss Villa del Palmar. I have a timeshare with the Villa group. I let my niece & a co-worker use my time share last year. I deli has good food. Haven’t been for 5 years. First the pandemic & presently my dog is to old/blind and don’t feel comfortable leaving him anywhere for a extended period of time.

Is the all-inclusive limited to Villa Del Palmar or are the sister properties included for dining?
It is limited but you get a discount when you go to the sister properties.
Hey! How was making reservation?
How was the timeshare presentation? What time did you do it? I am hoping for early morning
Unfortunately we were there longer than we wanted. We came in at 830 left at 1pm it was drawn out. the reservations was easy.
@@foodfunfinance7865 they better not do that to me. I’m only required by contract to be there for 90 minutes not until the presentation finishes so soon as at 90 minutes are up I’m out.

Cancun is nice but played out. Cabo San Lucas is the upscale part of Mexico and extra safe. Playa del Carmen is nice so is Tulum but still in development.

We didn't stay in Arco, but it seemed more upscale. Villa del Palmar was pretty good.
Yes Arco seemed more upscale . The price is more expensive of course
If you spend a lot of time in the room, then Arco may be a good choice but if you're up and about like us, the rooms matter only to a certain extent.
Why are there prices listed in the cafe if it’s all inclusive? To me that sounds like false advertisement.
I thought the same thing at one point but you do have the option to get the All Inclusive but you dont have to and the show the price that you will be paying. For big eaters like me all inclusive makes more sense. 😊 Thanks for watching!
Is it ok to rent a car from near the airport to drive yourself to the villa del palmar resort?
Yes, we did .... it was really safe for us. We drove to most of our excursions.

Be prepared for upcharges to get a view, even if you requset it, while reservations are being taken. Also, you will be bothered to pay $140 per day extra for all-inclusive food and drink. I was fishing and didn't think it was a value. Pay as you go is very pricey too! They're going to get that money. Next is high-pressure sales pitch for time share. I've stay at this hotel 2 times this last year and love the service staff. And how nice the hotel looks, but hated being a 2nd class guest because I didn't pay enough!
I'm sorry you had that experience All-inclusive came with our package, so we paid one flat fee, and we did upgrade the room for a charge, but we also choose the room we wanted. share as many experiences as you can so the community will be informed. Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching!!
is there liquor in the room
No, there wasn't a mini bar. But if you get the all-inclusive package you can go to the sports bar and get as many drinks as you want and they let you take them to go.
We stayed here in Nov '23 and there was beer in the refrigerator but the price is not included with the all-inclusive tab.
Is the beach swimmable
We didn't swim, but there were people out there swimming. Good question, too, cause we are particular with what's a good beach and what's not. Some beaches look good from the outside, but when you go in, there are plenty of rocks, and that's not good.
Kitchen for what, I am in vacation who wants to cooking ?
when we go on family vacations sometimes we cook breakfast but most times no.... it just depends on the person and the circumstances. Thanks for watching
Because some people like me are picky with food. I do like to prepare my own healty meals
so if you don't do all-inclusive you can save $ by at least making breakfast
@dabig25 Yes. Breakfast and Lunch. There is a Walmart like 5 mins away, and that is where I always buy my liquor, snacks, and breakfast& lunch items. They never have premium alcohol as part of the All- inclusive. If you want Jack Daniel, Jameson, Patron, or Tres Amigos, you'll have to pay extra on top of what your paying for the All- inclusive deal.

They have the option, but its not mandatory.
We go in October and it states we will be given a purple wristband, are all wristbands the same color? We are all inclusive. thanks
@blackattacksubz470 All inclusive has one tier, and all of the premium drinks and meals were extra with a 25% discount.
I’m going to Cabo in July I wonder if they have white Hennessy?
They do in the duty free shops .... Im not surr of outside of the airport.

The worst place to stay ever. No beach. Terrible. Over charged for everything. Go somewhere else. Little pools. The pools were roped off for poor sanitation.
When did you go??? How did they over charge you???
Dang, we are going there in two weeks. Why do they charge for anything if it’s all inclusive? There shouldn’t be additional charges for anything.
