I have something in the left hand motor making a loud clicking noise. Any idea what's happening?
What chair do you recommen for 390 lb man , 5' 10", seaf 27" or 28" wide seat.
Did not say what the weight capacity is or if different size seating is available. The speed at which you can travel. The volts and nothing about the battery(s). How long to charge, weight of chair. A few other things as well.

I love your work , I'm in Australia and am a long way away from help with my dad's chair it's a Its a Q6edge awesome chair .his issue is the joystick is not as responsive as his last chair could you instruct me on how I could change this for him . I think it has a Q-logic 3 control, but there dosent seem to have Bluetooth .
all the functions are very basic. I really would like to do this without taking to someone as we live over 300km(140 miles) away from this type of help and they want to sell us a new chair (couldn't afford that) .
any institutions would be life changing to my farther.

But when the sun hits it it has s purplish hue to it.

I have an electric wheelchair of that model and when I press it tells me brake 2 corked someone could tell me what I should do
I have been getting an error code #20 on my chair. I had the batteries changed and after maybe a month its doing it again what does that code mean
Error Code 20 means it is under voltage. If you had the batteries changed recently, your charger might be bad if it's not giving the batteries enough power. If you call 401-294-4111 we can order you a new charger.
Where you guys located at my friend and I went to go use my tilt today and it sounds like a gear is grinding and it won't go up could you help me out with that

they don't make em like they use to my tilt is always breaking, leg rest too.
