The shift from a 2D platformer to a 3D platformer is certainly an intriguing change to make for the LBP franchise I'm not gonna lie. Hopefully Sackboy: A Big Adventure will include a level creator to take advantage of all that.

I always thought LBP should be able to be developed as it's own game vs resources used for game creation tools, now that dreams exist it's possible now.

Little Big Planet was formed on the basis of “A short storyline, provide materials, and have the community be the life of the game.” I don’t know if this will redeem it or dig its grave deeper. However, if it is just a story game, there should be less problems... right? LBP games that went off of the main formula such as Little Big Karting, and Run Sackboy Run were failures, being shut down quickly. So maybe it can be revived, just maybe?

Sony rushed them to complete the game for a holliday release last time i'm pretty sure they won't do that again after they saw what happened last time.

There is a small chance that we will be able to load some of the progress we made in the past games, but I am not sure. Still, this game gives such chills!!
