Some people are asking where it is and I was too, until I found it. It just so happens to be in the TTS with Operation Wind Bastion and will release when OWB releases officially for the game itself and not the TTS. So if you buy it in the TTS before the release of OWB, go ahead, but I’m saving for it’s official release
