My bird was different. All she did was chirp a bit and look at me/around like "sigh". But no matter if she bites me 24/7, i will NEVER stop loving her!
Sorry to hear that your budgie is biting you. Mine bit me the first day I got her from the pet store and it hurt really bad 😂. But she hasn't since then. I've been hand feeding her millet spray and she will climb on my finger.

I envy you. I once had a cockatiel hen called Kiki that would sit on my shoulder & as a child my family had a budgie called Chippy that was also finger trained, but not my current 2 budgies (another Chippy + Custard!) unfortunately! Ironically the last time I had this experience was with tame wild chaffinches sitting on my hand by a Scottish loch! Kiki used to delight in removing the plastic pins from mums curlers one by one!

Aww, they seem happy. They also can eat carrots, apples, brocolli, cauliflower, & spinach to name some. It's good to rinse off for bacteria & pesrticides, & I peel the carrot & apple.

That’s because your budgie is missing its family, as it heard the other budgies chirping, they got all acted up.
Don’t worry, I just got new budgies, and played this for them. They were being pretty lazy, and the second they heard the other budgies, the immediately did the same as your bird. Sorry to break it to you. But don’t worry, your budgie will get more comfortable. :)

my budgie is 14, not really playful anymore and her buddy passed away a bit ago. she doesn't want a friend again unfortunately. her health has been declining and i was hoping this might cheer her up and make her happy again. so far she seems confused, she doesn't chirp but she's focused. hopefully if I keep it on she'll start liking it because i want her to be happy but i can't do anything to make her happy anymore and i feel so helpless
