From my understanding Apostle Paul is responsible for the Christianity that conquered over Pegan beliefs and with that Roman Catholic was created but from Jesus he didn't creat disciples to make religion he was sent to confess to the Truth and to teach salvation the new testament only he is the holy Spirit , The Messiah ✝️
There are numerous writings before the Council of Nicea which shows without any doubt how the Church functioned before it came from the Catacombs, that is underground. Go and read the Early Church Writings. There was organised Christianity before the first council. Guess what, the Bible is also a product of the Roman Catholic Church. It is its councils that decided which books are to be in the bible. Before 402 AD there was no bible. Every local church accepted different books as the Word of God. So you Chiwenga you follow the Roman Catholic Church as well. St Clement of Rome, St Ignatius of Antioch 110AD, St Justin Martyr 155AD, St Irenaeus 188AD and Pope St Victor all lived way before the Emperor Constantine yet in their writings show organised religion. You can read their writings, they are available freely online.
