I APPRECIATE GOOD CONTENT AND YOUR ADVICE
Hi Jason. I’m a mom of two young boys, a wife and R.N. I’m not in the construction business but I found your video extremely informative and useful for homeowners who have been victims of poorly planned and executed construction projects. I’m currently in a law suit against a construction company who was hired by my township to perform an excavation on my property to replace 165 feet of sewer pipes very close to my home. The construction company severely underbid on the job, did not perform a risk analysis and ultimately caused severe foundation and structural damage to my home because they were moving too fast, didn’t follow safety regulations and only cared about their bottom dollar. They won’t take any responsibility for it either and say that an excavation can never cause damage to a nearby building which is complete B.S. I will be using your video to help me write a legal statement as to why this project failed so miserably. Thank you so much for posting this video! It will help my case a lot.
I’m sorry this happened to you. I am glad to help.
What Jason calls anchoring i'm pretty sure is also called benchmarking.

I am not sure what you mean.
In all my years of construction... the number one issue is misaligned expectations, up and down. I think most of the specifics you touch on lean into the overriding issue.
