Disruptor Profile: Scott McAllister

Scott McAllister is the epitome of a disruptor - he spearheaded the digital transformation efforts at Comcast and previously at Time, American Express, and Dell. A constant refrain throughout his career is an unbridled optimism about the power of digital to transform the customer experience. Recently, Scott’s been sharing his experience and wisdom around digital transformation on Quantum and his blog.
