great vid. When you say you can see all in one place things like: who is missing a check in, when someone last paid etc - is that infobeing pulled form somewhere (like how Apotheo's dashboard works), or is taht info manually entered by me the coach when someone eg pays / checks in?

I want to start a free online coaching service for only a few clients so that I can build a portfolio for when I decide to start coaching for an income. Would you suggest I start on google sheets, or on Notion? Visually, Notion looks very smooth, but are there any downfalls to people like me who are very early on in their coaching career?

2023 update: Unfortunately as I say repeatedly in the video, if you have less than 10 clients, then Notion will NOT solve your problem! Too many people who were starting out were using it as a way to procrastinate. I promise you, it's not what you need right now.

if we update master template then would the client templates would be updated as well? I am thinking about a scenario when I convert my master template from bicycle to Motorcycle (ref from the pic art) then would my clients template would be updated to motorcycle as well? if no then how would that template upgrade would work?
You can have referenced databases but it gets a little complex
Do you have to pay for notion once you reach a certain amount of people
Depends on how you share the document - but even if you do, it's cheap, and by the time you're working with lots of clients you should easily be able to justify paying for software

Do you not have to pay per member in Notion? So if you have 20 online clients thats 200 dollars a month. How would you share personal pages to clients without paying crazy money per month?

@@PropaneFitness When i shared a page to a client and they joined via email on notion, i got billed for them. How do they join via email but not get billed?
@@forgefemalefitness Ah yep looks like there's now a 5 person invite-limit for the free plan. So if you tipped over 5 people, you'll get billed but they won't
@@PropaneFitness Yeah i got stung with this :-( Had 25 clients and got a massive bill, so personalised hub using Notion for a larger client base is very expensive
