Sorrel Ice Cream is a winner. Rather than using the mixer to combine the mixture, fold in the mixture with the whipped cream by hand. That gives a better consistency 👌🏾. Let me know how you get on ❤️👏🏽👏🏽. Happy it's something you would try. 😉
