    Hi, help me pls!
    My adriatica watch runs fast at least 20 sec per day (2 hour measurement). At some point after adjustment towards the -, it stars running faster again. (like 5 sec + per Hour). Why is that so?
    What can I do to tune it under +10 sec per day?
    At some point further adj towards - brings it from 20-21 + sec per day to 24. + 2 sec in 2 hours.

    "and just for the people who are not smart, if you put it to the plus sign, it will speed up." hahah! Loved it. Great video. Quick question... do you know of any good Dutch watch brands? My dad is Dutch and I was thinking of getting him a Prisma watch, but just wondered if you knew of anything that was a bit better quality?

      Not really, there are a few micobrands who sell watches for 50k and more. T&G is Dutch but probably bankrupt

    once you take the backing off doesn't that ruin the seal (breaking the water resistance)?

      Make sure the gasket is clean, in good condition and correctly lubricated before you replace the caseback.

    Fukkkk, I moved the one you said not to... I have no +/- signs...
    I think I've put it in the right place, now I'll adjust it after a day to see if it works or not 😂😂😂
    Thank you so much for this informational video!!!

    My Seiko loses about 5 min a week. How much should I move that adjuster to the +? Are we talking half way to the first dot, or just a hair?

    • @PiratePhD
      @PiratePhD Před 2 lety +2

      You should always only adjust a tiny bit and measure again.

    • @Dutchwatchdude
      @Dutchwatchdude Před 2 lety

      It's impossible to tell.... It are very very little adjustments and you need a grapher to see if the beat-rate is good.... If you can not see the beat-rate it will be impossible to get it right

      @@Dutchwatchdude I actually did this last week and I only had to move it the slightest bit, less then a hair and now it's within 1-2 minutes a week fast.
