Excellent video! Really well done compilation. Incredible knowledge and dedication. I learned a lot about some crossing ‘equpiment’ I have never seen before. Keep it up.
I’m honestly really surprised that Australia uses GRS railway equipment. Where I’m from, there quite common on the Southern Tier line. NTM there headquarters are in Rochester NY as well. I also wanted to ask if you know who manufactured the pedestrian alarms in Queensland?
The Pedestrian alarms in Queensland are interesting as there’s a few different types I believe, or at least a few different sounding ones. It’s kinda a Barker Technic situation where the sound board usually isn’t in the alarm system at the crossing, it’s usually in the relay box I’ve noticed Audio Technic, Unmarked and I think there’s another type of speaker used. Not 100% sure, but I’ll have more knowledge after my QLD trip next September!

Nice video! You have complete knowledge of all the equipment at railway crossings. I do want to start taking pictures of crossing equipment too soon!
There’s some really cool stuff in SA I saw while visiting like LEX-C, I’d definitely start taking pictures before it’s replaced!
Very good video! Love the effort you put into this, and you've covered literally all equipment there is!
Thanks!!! That was the aim of the game!
Great video, well researched and nice editing :)
Thanks!!
Jesus you really are a major crossing foamer 😂
Very professional, informative video.
Thanks! (for the second part at least...)
