Steal This Lineout #1: Rugby Attacking Lineout Moves

The following in a 35 minute video that was recorded in 2013 for a specific project. Don't worry though the content is still relevant, practical and usable for coaches at all levels.
The video covers entire attacking lineout playbook for a team. After discussing some of the theory and philosophy behind it, the video lays out a number of different lineouts. There are variations in structure and every option is discussed as well as some calling options.
You can swipe the lineouts as they are or maybe get an idea for something you can incorporate into your own team's lineouts.
This is the first part in a new series of done-for-you lineouts, moves and so on that you can swipe and deploy with your own teams.

Hey bro, just seen the updated rules and both C and D line lineouts are not allowed. Reciever are to remain outside the lineout untill the ball is thrown. Unfortunate cause both options allow for last second switches that will always catch defenses off, hence why you always won hahaha
