Hey Kgomotso, I've actually been meaning to ask this and i feel like it might be a good idea for the membership platform. I'm a radiography student in my final year and I want to get into cardiology, my options are to be a cath lab radiographer or start med school (I'm based in the US) and follow through with becoming a cardiologist or cardiothoracic surgeon. Can you and hubby do a sit down and explain the basics of both your fields, the pros and cons, etc. I know this is very niche and i feel like I'm the only one who might actually want to know but I would find it really helpful!🧡🧡🧡🧡

I hope this comment finds you well. I have very little knowledge on radiography however, if you want to become a cardiologist or cardiothoracic surgeon those are subspecialities within the field of Medicine. If you are in RSA for example, you first get your MBChB (6 years of Med School). Complete 2 years of internship. You will do 1 year of community service and become a Medical Officer. Should you decide to specialize, you first need to enter a registrar programme where you are trained to either be a physician (takes 4yrs) or surgeon (takes 5yrs). Now after making it through to being a physician you further subspecialize to be a cardiologist, this applies with surgery. I hope I explained it well in a nutshell. Take care❤

I love how open you are to criticism. I personally prefer membership content to be informative and exclusive, eg. You don't have to talk about your profession per se, but you can create awareness around issues you guys get exposed to, you are an amazing cook so you can create segments of meal preps and suggestions on what to pack for lunch etc, you own luxury items so you can look at giving us advice on how to budget for such expenses without crippling our day to day budgets. You have a lot to offer and look forward to more exclusive content😊❤
