Real shame they went cheap on the 2015. I ordered my 2015 blind ( no info on the 15's was out so the dealer and I used 2014 pricing and specs ). Once the car came in and AFTER I took delivery on it, I noticed the standard 5.0 radio went from 9 speakers to 6 and no sub. Also no amp like the 14's had. Further looking and I noticed the dual exhaust had become a single exhaust. So, in short, the 2015 limited went up about $400 in price, but they have started cheapening the product.
The dealer should have given you a build sheet that listed all the vehicle's features before you ordered it... it takes less than 5 minutes. A dealer cannot order a vehicle blind... they must build it in the system and they should have given you all the specs.
MikesCarInfo Pretty sure I was not given a build sheet but a price quote based on the color selection and options. Price was based on the 2014 pricing and upon payment of my deposit they locked the price for a 2015 MY purchase. We ordered a Limited, 4x4 Red, Black interior, and tow package around the 1st of September . Based on what we knew about the 2014, it was "ASSUMED" it would come with everything the 2014 had plus any improvements for 2015. The build sheet would have shown a radio ( the base radio) but would not have indicated it no longer included the amp or extra speakers & sub. It also might have said single exhaust with one chrome exhaust tip, or may not have mentioned it at all. Bottom line, the Sales people in early Sept didn't know what the differences would be in a 2015 limited, nor did they know if there were any differences in the vehicle upon delivery in very late Sept when it arrived. They were somewhat amazed when I pointed out the Tow package got a full size spare, but the TIRE on the spare was not a Michelin as the other 4 tires. I'm just surprised that the 2015, rather than having advances in technology, is actually taking a small step backwards. I do like the product, I just feel like waiting for a 2015 over a left over 2014 should have resulted in getting more frills rather than less. Does less speakers hurt me? No, the radio still sounds fine and past 1/2 volume would make you deaf. Do I NEED dual exhaust? No, but it looks nicer. On the positive side, I have less speakers to fail and less chance of an exhaust system failure. Did they "enhance" the product? No, I don't think so. If you are aware of any technical improvements in a 2015 over a 2014, I would love to know what they are. Thanks for your understanding.
They wanted you to go for for the Overland or Summit to get those features. Those models were stuck on them. Was a no brainer to get the limited and get all the features for much less. So Jeep get noticed and are pushing us to get the model ahead to get these features again. Very Sad!!!!

That is only in certain 4x4 models... this is a 4x2.
