You would be better putting a trailer out there, working on building a decent house from scratch (Old West Style, with Linseed oil and pine tar). Use what you can to build a little work shed,.... and burn the rest.

FYI, the gentleman taking the video was very familiar with the property and knew that there were no cattle behind that gate. The only reason he did not close the gate was to make the video a little shorter for the viewers.
