Man, I'm becoming a fan of woodside. I like their nolan plan, 3 bedroom option, and a bonus room in lieu of the third car tandem. That bonus room would make a cool home Theater, open den on 1st floor, a great office, and the 2nd floor loft. But, I like the northwest.
In this model, that downstairs en suite means you can live like a 1 floor.
