Hi, i'm from brazil, and I can't sync with my robot mijia 3c plus. I put my region to Chinese Mainland (it's appear like this on app) I bought it on AliExpress. I have iPhone app Mi Home and app give me a message Time out to connect. This happens when arrive to 100% when I'm trying to sync both. Could you help me?

I have same setup with iphone no issue its little disturbing for me first time to pairing but then works.
First you need to connect robot to the home wifi with wsp mode then to to the phone try few times with different methods it will work keep wifi robot and phone close
You can also connect phone to the robot while pushing two buttons on robot listen for the message from the robot. It will say in Chinese but you can understand the word Wifi when you hear the word Wifi that means you are doing good.
