I have LV Saintonge as well, I have been using it constantly for about month. I fit inside a small bottle of water with my large wallet, keys and plus size smartphone and it is not distorted but I always zip it up.
Awesome video! I like when comparisons are made - very helpful. I looked at Gucci camera bag and Soho Disco but still would choose Saintonge over them. Itâs stunning. I ran/rubbed folded wax paper along the zipper edges and they are smooth as butter now. Just do it several times though & youâll have no issues.
Hi. I am new to your chanel and enjoyed the comparison. I have wanted a camera bag for so long and couldn't decide between prada and gucci. But then LV released the Saintonge and so i decided n that because of the top handle which i love. I purchased mine the week of release and immediately after a few carries, the bag began to buckle or became distorted just like yours. it was annoying. i kept trying to stop it or pop it out but the only thing that brings it back to shape is stuffing it when not in use with air paper then it disappears. It is a design flaw but i still love the bag. I might also pick up the marmont one anyway!!!

Love both of these but I would have to go with the Gucci one! For some reason I really prefer the Louis Vuitton SLGs over their bags but the Saintonge in black leather is stunning! Xx I do own a mini Gucci Marmont crossbody bag in the candy pink but I find myself having to be so careful with it because of colour transfer! I need a black one haha xx
Would love to know what you think of lv after using it for a few months. Also, do either of the bags flip over when using it? Iâve heard that Gucci soho can flip sometimes because the strap is placed around the middle of the bag. Thanks!
Pls do a review on the miumiu card wallet like how does the cash notes fit in the zip compartment especially the $50 notes do you need to triple fold the notes etc thx really like the card wallet its on my wishlist
So you prefer longer bags than higher. The thing is you would not stretch LV Saintonge if you put your things on top each other but because you try to stretch in length Saintonge, it is obviously distorted.
Thatâs just the shape of the Saintonge. I have one and everyone else Iâve talked with who have one has the same shape on theirs as well. No worries just the way Louis designed it for whatever reason.
Figure8snowman thatâs awesome that yours doesnât do that. Mine did from the beginning and in all pictures Iâve seen. I wonder why it varies? I kinda thought they made the back straighter to lay against your body comfortably and made the front more puffy so you can still put a fair amount of items inside. Well so I thought until you said yours was different. lol
Dianne Polmanter i seriously think its the stretch of the canvas and this canvas is little slimmer / softer than others like (Alma).. well, i jus wish it didnt "popped" so soon in e front..
I looked at all possible Saintonge picture on google images. Not one has the popped side look. The bag is several months new on LV website though. So weâll see. I carry my wallet at the very front of Saintonge which must helping to keep the bag itâs shape. I know it doesnât matter but whereâs yours made in? Mine is early March 2018, France. May be there are different batches, may be my bag just needs more time to do that. LOL
please use a phone/cam stand...it will make the watching more enjoyable

Myfavoritethings yes unfortunately it does flips and has happened to me few times and my items fell out unto the ground few times! đ€

I have one in noir for over the month. I donât have that pecularity. I donât think it retracts from the beautiful bag!
