This video shows the atmosphere of the lunch buffet we enjoyed at Singapore Seafood Republic in Ginza.
The modern restaurant has a high ceiling and the light shining through the windows gives it a bright and spacious impression. The windows on the 11th floor also offer a panoramic view of the glamorous Ginza district.
All the Singaporean dishes, which I usually don't see, were so rare that I wanted to try them, and I served them in an appropriate manner. They were so delicious!
